Tammy Frederickson

CO-FOUNDER

Tammy has practiced as a dietitian since 2015, working primarily in community and outpatient settings. She has provided nutrition counselling and education to individuals and families in various life stages, from pregnancy and early infancy through preschool, adolescence and adulthood, including those facing particular challenges such as food insecurity and eating disorders.

As a parent of three, she has experienced many of the emotions that feeding challenges can bring out in children and their adults. In her better moments, she feels grateful for these experiences for deepening her commitment to an approach that focuses on strengths, skill-building, and connection.

She loves food, is a reasonably skilled but somewhat lazy cook, and would prefer to do almost everything outside. Most of all, she loves spending quiet time with her Favourite Four at the end of a noisy, busy day.

Lerin Oystryk

CO-FOUNDER

Lerin has been working as a dietitian since 2014 in various hospital and outpatient settings.  Her areas of clinical interest and experience include prenatal, pediatrics, gut health, diabetes, and palliative care nutrition.

Since the arrival of her two daughters, Lerin has taken a keen interest in understanding the feeding dynamics between parents and children and how to support families in the development of a lifelong healthy relationship with food.

Lerin is a passionate and naturally curious person. On any given day you will find her up super early drinking coffee and hanging out with her little ones. Things that make her eternally happy are long walks with friends, reading in bed and spending time with her favourite Irish guy.
